Voice memos are among the most personal files people own, which is why this tool's privacy isn't a promise — it's the architecture. This site is static files. Decoding, noise analysis, cleaning, trimming, and WAV export all run in your browser's memory and vanish when you close the tab. There is no server capable of receiving audio. Cut the internet connection after loading; everything still works.
The record button uses your mic only while recording, hands the result straight to the on-device pipeline, and releases the mic when you stop. Nothing streams anywhere.
A service worker stores the site itself for offline work. Saved noise profiles and your recent clean-ups are kept in this browser's own storage (IndexedDB) so you can reuse them; the audio itself is never sent anywhere, and clearing site data removes them. No cookies.

The serif comes from Google Fonts (that request carries your IP to Google, CDN-style); Cloudflare Pages serves everything else and logs requests the way all hosts do. Neither ever touches your audio.
