"It made my voice sound watery": tell us your strength setting and what the noise was. Usually the fix is lower strength + a cleaner noise sample; occasionally it's a real tuning issue we want to know about.
"It barely removed anything": was the noise steady (hiss/hum) or events (traffic, voices)? The tool is honest about only doing the first kind — but if steady noise survived, send the settings and device.
Decode failures: format and where the file came from (some apps write unusual M4A variants). We can't inspect your file — we never have it — so details are everything.
Recover anything — files exist only in your tab while it's open (privacy). Export before you close.
